Decreasing work injuries is our main target: for some months we have been developing a specific and systematic analysis method for each accident.
This analysis, carried out by quality managers, allows them to develop consistent actions ensuring accident risks elimination. Moreover, the reduction of our work injury rate is the main item used for the profit sharing calculation paid to each company employee every year. Proof that this issue is the core concern of our company!!
Geodis BM HR Management is presently working on the implementation of a HR reference table. The aim is to offer a device to help increase competence of the operational teams in their new tasks and responsibilities. This HR reference table will be more widely a pragmatic tool in the line of Geodis BM growth logic.
